Property and Cancellation Policies



Cancelation Policies:

STANDARD RATE: Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations or amendments made within the 21-day period will forfeit their 50% deposit. Any cancellations or amendments made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of room and tax.
SPECIAL DEAL and OTHER RATES: Non Refundable rates. The policies indicated in the "Special rate details" section at the time of booking apply

- Cancellations can only be made via email at Thecasasaintgeorge@gmail.com No cancellations will be taken over the phone.

- Check In: 3pm/ Check Out: 12pm. (Check in from 3pm till 8pm / if the arrival is after 8pm please inform us in order to prepare our best welcome).

- Any remaining balance due before arrival, will be payable at check in

- Tax: 16% TVA / 5% ISH

- Maximum Occupancy: 2 Guests
- Cash is not accepted at the Residence. Payments exclusively with Credit / Debit Cards VISA - MC - AMEX 

- No pets are allowed on property without prior emailed permission. Please email Thecasasaintgeorge@gmail.com for pet approval and costs 

During your stay

* To secure the safety and privacy of our Guests, it is strictly prohibited to introduce in the Residence or Suite, any person or animal who has not been registered at the Reception first as well as the usage of any drugs. 

* Any image or video of Casa Saint George cannot be used for commercial purposes without previous authorization.
* Parking is Limited and on a first come basis. Please notify us if you will have a car. 

* Casa Saint George is smoke free in all rooms and private patios. 

* A Small lock boxes is provided in each room, Casa Saint George is not responsible for any lost items.
* Swimming in pool and ocean are done at your own risk. No diving is allowed in the pool
* Casa Saint George is not responsible for any injury that happens on the property or beach. 
* Pool hours are 8am - 9pm 

* Silence and tranquility must be respected during the length of your stay.

* Please note that there is no Reception desk open during the night.
